We specialize in fishing Bayou Dularge and Cocodrie, Louisiana, but we do venture off to other areas of Louisiana at our client's request.
Bayou Dularge is located south of Houma, LA. It is known for its diverse fisheries, endless marshlands, and easy access to teeming Gulf waters.
We enjoy putting our clients on the fish and making sure they have a great time! Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, and White Trout are some of the many species that swim in our waters. Its possible to catch some are all of these species in one trip!
About Captain Elton Rodrigue:
Capt. Elton Rodrigue (Capt. E for short) has spent almost his whole life fishing the Cocodrie area and now the Bayou Dularge area. He loves fishing almost as much as he enjoys experiencing other people catch fish.
He is USCG certified, insured, and trained in CPR and first aid, so you are in good hands.
He is polite and punctual - he will be waiting at the dock with the boat stocked and ready to go. There's no waiting around when you fish with Capt. E!
Capt. E is up-front and honest. He will stay in contact several days before your trip and advise you on the fishing and weather conditions.
What to expect on the morning of your trip:
You will meet your Captain at the dock at a predetermined time.
The boat will be full of fuel and stocked with gear, tackle and ice.
Once everyone is on board, and all your belongings are secured, your fishing trip will begin.
While idling away from the dock, your Captain will go over the plan for the day.
The typical day on the water lasts until 1pm, but can be shortened if you wish.
